How promo codes work on the Official Platform
A promo code, called a bonus code on the Official Platform, is a combination of letters and numbers. Once activated, it credits funds to your account. There are two kinds: general codes, which work for all games and sports betting, and codes for individual games, which only work in the game named in the post where the code was published.
Codes are one way to get a bonus. The bonus page lists these types:

How to receive a bonus
Most bonuses are received by making a deposit. The minimum deposit is shown on the bonus card and is set in your account currency. A bonus given as a gift needs no deposit: you claim it with the Receive button.
Where to enter your code
The place to enter a code depends on its type. Codes for individual games are entered inside the game, not in your profile.

Code limits
- Number of activations: each code has a fixed number of activations, for example 1,000, and each player can activate it once. When other players use them up, the code stops working.
- Currency: the currency of the code must match the currency of your account.
- Validity period: a code can only be activated while it is valid.
Where to find codes
The Official Platform publishes free codes on its social media channels; the current list of channels is in its Free Money section. A code shared elsewhere may already be used up or issued in another currency.
Free bets in crash games
Free bets are free wagers in crash games; free spins work the same way in slots. Each offer lists the games where it can be used, so check the offer before assuming it covers Aviator.
- Use all available free bets in the games listed for the offer.
- Winnings from free bets are credited to your bonus balance, not your main balance.
- Wager that amount according to the stated requirement to move it to your main balance.
How bonus funds are used
- Bonus funds sit on a separate bonus balance. Casino and sports bonuses have different bonus balances: a casino bonus can only be used in casino games, a sports bonus only on sports bets.
- Only one active casino bonus and one active sports bonus are allowed at a time. Other bonuses you receive wait in a queue.
- Activating a bonus from the queue replaces the current one: the current bonus is cancelled and its amount is deducted from your bonus balance.
- Bonus funds come into play only when your main balance drops below USD 0.5 (or the equivalent in your currency) and you have no open bets in the casino or on sports.
Wagering
Casino bonuses are wagered only in the games of the Bonus Wagering category; sports bonuses are wagered on sports bets. The multiplier depends on the promotion and is shown in the bonus details: click the ⓘ icon on the bonus card. Once wagering is complete, the funds are credited to your main balance.

When a bonus is cancelled or capped

Before you withdraw
Verification is separate from bonus rules but can hold up a payout. The help centre FAQ lists a government-issued ID, proof of address and a selfie; review is completed within 24 hours in most cases. Unfinished bonus wagering is one of the reasons it gives for a withdrawal staying pending.
Benefits and responsible play
A bonus does not replace a healthy budget. Combine platform promotions with clear limits and breaks. Only play if it is legal in your country and you are of legal age.
